1. Temporary Graduation Certificate
While waiting for the official graduation certificate and the decision to recognize graduation, students/trainees/graduate students can request to be issued a Temporary Graduation Certificate. To request a Temporary Graduation Certificate, students/trainees/graduate students please send a request to the email address: [email protected]
The email content includes:
– Student/trainee/graduate student information (Full name, date of birth, place of birth, student code, major, training level, …);
– CCCD scan (2 sides) for verification;

2. Attestation Letter
Students/trainees/graduate students who have been recognized as graduates and have received their diplomas request an Attestation Letter. To request an Attestation Letter, students/trainees/graduate students please send an email to: [email protected]
The email content includes:
– Student/trainee/graduate student information (Full name, date of birth, place of birth, student code, major, training level, etc.);
– Scanned copy of CCCD (2 sides) for verification;
– Scanned copy of Diploma – Diploma Appendix issued by Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
