3. Procedure:
– For students/trainees/postgraduates who come directly to receive the diploma: Please bring the original CCCD for comparison and 01 copy to submit.
– For students/trainees/postgraduates who authorize someone else to collect it: Please bring along:
- A valid personal authorization letter *(certified by the Notary Office or competent authority and containing full personal information and CCCD number of the authorizer and authorized person)
- Copies of CCCD of the authorizer and authorized person,
- Original CCCD of the authorized person for comparison.
4. Notes:
When receiving the graduation certificate, students/trainees/postgraduates are requested to:
+ Check and compare the information recorded on the graduation certificate and diploma appendix;
+ Conduct a survey of the study program and employment;
+ Sign and confirm, write full name in the “Original Book”, “Summary of information of graduated students/trainees/postgraduates” and “List of receiving graduation binders”.
