On November 5, 2025, the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến) held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement with the Centre International de Mathématiques Pures et Appliquées (CIMPA, France), the International Center for Research and Postgraduate Training in Mathematics (ICRTM), and the Institute of Mathematics under the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST).
The agreement aims to enhance collaboration in the field of Applied Mathematics, with a focus on strengthening teaching and research capacities and fostering academic exchange among Vietnamese and international scholars.
The ceremony was attended by Prof. Christophe Ritzenthaler, Director of CIMPA; Prof. Doan Thai Son, Director of the Institute of Mathematics; Prof. Phung Ho Hai, Executive Board Member of ICRTM and Chair of its Scientific Council; and Prof. Dinh Thi Mai Thanh, Rector of Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến.

In her remarks, Prof. Dinh Thi Mai Thanh expressed her sincere appreciation to the Institute of Mathematics, CIMPA, and ICRTM for their tireless support in developing the Applied Mathematics programs at Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến. She noted that Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến currently offers Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in Applied Mathematics, established in close cooperation with the Institute of Mathematics. Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến places particular emphasis on this discipline by providing priority scholarships for students and by continuously improving training quality in line with international standards. Prof. Dinh Thi Mai Thanh expressed her hope that the collaboration with CIMPA and ICRTM would further strengthen Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến’s training and research capacity and expand opportunities for academic exchange with the global mathematics community.

Prof. Doan Thai Son highlighted that the Applied Mathematics programs at Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến were built through the active involvement of researchers from the Institute of Mathematics. He expressed confidence that this partnership would increase the attractiveness of the programs and open up broader prospects for cooperation in training and research among 4 institutions.

Prof. Phung Ho Hai welcomed this new milestone in the collaboration between CIMPA, Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến, the Institute of Mathematics, and ICRTM. He affirmed ICRTM’s commitment to supporting Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến and the Institute of Mathematics in developing the Applied Mathematics program and nurturing young mathematical talents in Vietnam.
Prof. Christophe Ritzenthaler, Director of CIMPA, emphasized that Vietnam is among CIMPA’s key partners in Southeast Asia. He expressed his hope that this agreement would create new opportunities for joint initiatives, promote academic activities, and support young researchers in Vietnam.

According to the signed agreement, the parties agreed to implement two major areas of collaboration: organizing a Thematic Semester in Mathematics at ICRTM and developing the Applied Mathematics training programs at Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến in cooperation with the Institute of Mathematics.

Specifically, CIMPA and ICRTM will co-fund up to two young researchers (under 36 years old) to participate in the Thematic Semester at ICRTM. For the Applied Mathematics program at Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến, CIMPA will provide annual support of 2,000 euros, and ICRTM will contribute 50 million VND per year to cover travel, accommodation, and living expenses for international lecturers teaching at Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến.
Beyond these commitments, the agreement lays the foundation for future collaborations in education and research, with the long-term goal of increasing international exposure, promoting academic exchanges, and developing a double–degree Master’s program with partner universities in France.

The successful signing ceremony marks an important step toward sustainable cooperation among 4 institutions in advancing the Applied Mathematics program, promoting international academic exchange, and contributing to the growth of the Vietnamese mathematical community in an era of global integration.
