Key areas of collaboration include the exchange of students at all training levels; exchange of academic and administrative staff; implementation of joint research projects; and the co-organisation of scientific conferences, seminars, and activities related to science, technology, and innovation.

During the meeting, Prof. Sandrine Ongeri, Vice-President for Doctoral Studies, introduced the key achievements and figures of Université Paris-Saclay. Ranked 13th worldwide, Université Paris-Saclay is recognised for excellence across several disciplines, notably Mathematics, Physics, and Ecology. According to this resolution and related guidance from the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Science and Technology, Vietnam will prioritize the development of education and research in nuclear technology, radiation applications, materials, and radiation safety, in preparation for the future reactivation of the national nuclear power program. One of the key national objectives is to train between 25,000 and 35,000 engineers and specialists in the energy sector, with a particular focus on nuclear energy.

Recognizing the significance of this goal, and in alignment with its mission to train high-quality human resources in science and technology for Vietnam, Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến is actively developing the curriculum, infrastructure, teaching staff, and domestic and international collaboration networks necessary to establish the Bachelor’s Program in Nuclear Engineering. Specifically, CIMPA and ICRTM will co-fund up to two young researchers (under 36 years old) to participate in the Thematic Semester at ICRTM. In his remarks, Prof. Dr. Jean-Marc Lavest highlighted the crucial role the Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến Consortium has played in the development of Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến, noting that the strong, ongoing partnership has contributed significantly to enhancing the quality of education, research, and the international academic environment at Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến.

Prof. Jean-Paul Deroin praised Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến’s achievements over the past 16 years and affirmed the Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến Consortium’s commitment to continuing its role as a strategic partner. He emphasized that the Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến Consortium will further strengthen its role in connecting Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến with French universities and research institutions, effectively supporting academic, research, and governance initiatives that align with Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến’s long-term development goals.

Under the newly signed agreement, both parties agree to enhance collaboration in university governance. As part of this, the Principal Rector of Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến serves as an advisor to the Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến Consortium’s Board of Directors and its annual General Assembly, while the President of the Consortium takes part in Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến’s Scientific and Academic Council.

Regarding academic programs, both sides commit to jointly developing and accrediting dual-degree programs at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels. In addition, they will work to promote online learning and expand opportunities for student exchanges and internships between Vietnam and France.

The Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến Consortium acts as a bridge, encouraging its member institutions to offer tuition fee waivers in France for students enrolled in Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến degree programs. It also promotes greater involvement of French partners in Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến’s bachelor’s programs and supports students in securing internships at member universities and research institutes.

Regarding research, both sides reaffirm their commitment to fostering international research networks, joint projects, and collaborative laboratories between research groups at Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến and those at Consortium member institutions. They will also co-sponsor scholarships and support doctoral students participating in co-supervised PhD programs and cotutelle programs.

 The working session followed an earlier meeting between the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) and H.E. Philipp Agathonos, Austrian Ambassador to Vietnam.

The meeting brought together distinguished representatives from both sides. The Austrian delegation included H.E. Philipp Agathonos, Austrian Ambassador to Vietnam; Mr. Helmut Leopold, Head of the Center for Digital Safety and Security at AIT; and Mr. Martin Bloeschl, AI and IT Specialist at AIT. On the Vietnamese side were Prof. Tran Tuan Anh, Vice President of VAST and President of the Vietnam–Austria Friendship Association (VAFA); Mr. Nguyen Do Tung Cuong – Vice President of VAFA; Dr. Le Quynh Lien – Director of VAST’s International Cooperation Department; Prof. Jean-Marc Lavest- Principal Rector of Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến; and Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Truong Thang – Director of the Institute of Information Technology (IOIT), VAST.

In his opening remarks, Prof. Tran Tuan Anh emphasized the longstanding friendship and expanding scientific partnership between Vietnam and Austria. He highlighted the critical role of digital technologies, not only as the driving force behind the Fourth Industrial Revolution but also as indispensable tools for enhancing climate resilience, improving disaster forecasting, and managing smart cities. He hoped that the expertise of the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT) would broaden perspectives and serve as a source of inspiration for Vietnamese scientists. Philipp Agathonos, and voiced his optimism for continued and fruitful collaboration between the two countries.

H.E. Philipp Agathonos, the Austrian Ambassador to Vietnam, reflected on the growing partnership between Austria and Vietnam, particularly in research, innovation, and digital security. He emphasized Austria’s commitment to supporting Vietnam’s long-term development goals and expressed optimism about deepening bilateral collaboration through institutions like AIT.

Prof. Jean-Marc Lavest – Principal Rector of Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến shared Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến’s vision as a young but ambitious university established under a Vietnam–France intergovernmental agreement. With over 3,500 students and all programs taught in English, Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến delivers international standard training in science and technology. He acknowledged the financial barriers limiting Vietnamese students’ access to postgraduate study—an issue Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến aims to address through international partnerships. Prof. Jean-Marc Lavest expressed keen interest in collaborating with Austrian institutions to co-construct training and research projects, as well as to enhance student mobility. 

Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Truong Thang – Director of IOIT emphasized IOIT’s role in ensuring Vietnam’s cybersecurity and national resilience. He emphasized the importance of international cooperation in safeguarding critical infrastructure and expressed IOIT’s readiness to collaborate with AIT on AI applications, infrastructure protection, and digital resilience.

Mr. Nguyen Do Tung Cuong – Vice President of VAFA underscored ongoing cybersecurity collaboration between Austria and Vietnam, noting AIT’s important role. He encouraged AIT to expand engagement with academic institutions like Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến and reaffirmed VAFA’s commitment to fostering enduring partnerships.

To deepen mutual understanding and explore opportunities for cooperation, the meeting featured a series of key presentations introducing the activities of AIT, IOIT, and Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến’s Department of ICT.

Speaking at the event, Mrs. Marie-Hélène Baroux, President of ISAE-SUPAERO, emphasized: “We are delighted to officially sign this cooperation agreement after a period of close discussions and collaboration between our two sides. This agreement not only strengthens the partnership between our institutions but also opens up numerous opportunities for academic exchanges, scientific events, joint research projects, and lays a solid foundation for the two universities to jointly build and develop a Master’s program in Aeronautics.”

This serves as a unique historical bond linking our two institutions.”

Established in 1909 in Toulouse, France, ISAE-SUPAERO is one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious aerospace engineering schools. The institution maintains a global network of partners, collaborating with leading research centers, major corporations, and top universities around the world.

Prof. Jean-Marc Lavest and  Mrs. Marie-Hélène Baroux signed the MoU. 

The connection and collaborative discussions between Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến and ISAE-SUPAERO began in March 2024, through the introduction of Prof. Daniel Alazard, Head of Academic Cooperation for the Asia-Pacific region. Under the newly signed agreement, the two institutions will implement a range of collaborative initiatives in training and research. These include student exchange programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, enabling Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến students to access advanced academic and research environments in France. The exchange of lecturers, experts, and staff will also be promoted to share expertise, teaching methods, and enhance research capacities.

In addition, Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến and ISAE-SUPAERO will jointly organize international conferences, seminars, and scientific workshops, contributing to the establishment of a specialized academic forum for aviation in Vietnam. The two sides will also cooperate on joint research projects, leveraging each institution’s strengths in applied research and advanced technical expertise.
