On December 9, 2009, the Prime Minister of Vietnam issued Decision No. 2067/QĐ-TTg, officially establishing the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (Goodd889 cá cược trực tuyến) under the intergovernmental agreement between Vietnam and France.
